Delivery and Returns


Order timings 

Qina bags and accessories are made to order. Each item you purchase will be crafted by hand, special for you. Please note that bags may have slight differences to the photos on the website due to the nature of the handmade design.

Depending on stock and production levels, a bag can take up to 10 days to be ready for shipping. Please note that this does not include shipping to your destination, which depends on the courier timings.  

You can always email us from info@peoplesflowersatelier.com to see the current timings of the productions before your purchase to get an estimated shipping date.

 

Cancellation

All our Qina’s are made to order so please purchase with this knowledge. You will have 1 hour for cancelling after the purchase. Please write to us at info@peoplesflowersatelier.com with email subject CANCELLATION.

 

International Returns and Exchanges

 You will have 28 (days once you purchase your product to return or exchange it. Please email us at info@peoplesflowersatelier.com specifying whether you like to return or exchange your product.

 Please note that the customer is responsible for the return fees unless the product delivered is faulty and the fault can be proven with photos. Please contact us via email before you return any products to avoid uncovered shipping costs.

Please return the product in the original box and packaging, unused and with the original label attached. Customers are expected to keep the product in good shape before return.

 Once the item is received by our team, if the returned item is as stated above, we will either send an exchange item or refund you the product cost. Shipping costs are not refundable. The usual production timelines apply to the new exchange items as they are handmade.

 

Faulty products

 If the product arrives in a good packaging but it is faulty or damaged, please email immediately info@peoplesflowersatelier.com. The email should include the details of the damage and photos of the product.
